Our Blog: Hemp insulation project in San Vito, Puglia

Our dream started in 2015 on a holiday visit to Puglia in Italy. After we returned from our holiday, Natalie was browsing eBay (as per usual) and found a piece of Puglia for sale near Carovigno. We snapped the property up and since then have been attempting to live the Italian dream.

For once, I have taken loads of photo’s and hopefully I can give you some idea of the trials and tribulations we encountered attempting to get our house built in Puglia, Italy. There have been many ups and downs, but I think that the ups far outweigh the downs.

This is our story, in our own words in terms of how it went down.
